I’m originally from Brazil and grew up in a small town where almost everyone knew each other. Today, I’m a Lead Product Designer at Livelo, leading the same product team where I previously worked as a Product Designer, a journey that reflects both my professional growth and the trust built throughout my career.
Currently based in Brasília, I work remotely after spending years living as a digital nomad, an experience that allowed me to connect with incredible people and experience different cultures in cities like Montreal, São Paulo, Santiago, Rio de Janeiro, Curitiba, and João Pessoa.
My journey into design and technology started after a developer friend invited me to an event called Campus Party. That experience completely changed the direction of my career and led me to switch my degree from Law to Advertising. During college, I naturally became “the design tools guy,” spending countless hours exploring Illustrator and Photoshop before eventually discovering the early versions of Figma — back when features like Auto Layout didn’t even exist yet.
I’ve always been deeply curious about design processes and highly proactive, which helped me build a successful freelance career and even launch my own clothing brand. Later, I had the opportunity to work at CNI, the leading organization representing Brazil’s industrial sector, an experience that played an important role in shaping my professional growth and ultimately led me to where I am today.
At Livelo, I lead initiatives across key product journeys including Home, Navigation, Onboarding, Gamification, Educational Experiences, Transaction History, Customer Area, and Order Tracking. I also contribute to the evolution of the company’s atomic Design System Team Library, focusing on scalable and reusable modules shared across teams. More recently, I’ve been driving the adoption of AI-powered workflows to optimize the creation, documentation, and mapping of Design System components.
Outside of work, I’m the human companion of a cat named Bruce, who frequently appears during daily meetings and remote ceremonies. I’m also passionate about music and always try to make time to play instruments — something that often helps me reset creatively whenever my mind gets too full.
